Knott’s Berry Farm is a world-renowned theme park founded as a family farm. Knott’s offers delicious culinary creations that can only be found at Knott’s Berry Farm. Knott’s Berry Farm began as a small berry farm that soon began to evolve into a family theme park thanks to its famous fried chicken dinners, boysenberries and Old West Ghost Town, a park filled with rides and attractions.

Experience modern thrill rides at one of America’s oldest and most beloved theme parks, offering exciting rides and a unique opportunity to explore California’s cultural heritage and pioneering past. The theme park originated in the 1920s as a roadside berry stand run by Walter Nott on California’s Highway 39. By the 1940s, a restaurant, several stores, and other attractions were built on the site to entertain an increasing number of visitors, including an exact replica of a ghost town.

Over the next two decades, the site continued to transform into a modern amusement park, and in 1968, an entrance fee was added. In 1997, the park was sold to Cedar Fair for $300 million, just two years after the Knott’s food business was acquired by ConAgra. Inc. in 1995. Since being acquired by Cedar Fair, the park has seen an aggressive shift toward amusement rides, resulting in several large roller coasters.

Knott’s Berry Farm is now brimming with rides and attractions for all ages, including top-notch roller coasters, stage shows, interactive experiences, delicious food and family-friendly entertainment featuring Snoopy and the Peanuts gang. The once small family farm has evolved into today’s family vacation destination; It is home to Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Park, Knott’s Soak City Water Park and Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel.
